Elevated Hockey

This camp is geared for players looking to improve their skating techniques and prepare for the upcoming season, become a more impactful player on the ice.

• Ice sessions will be lead by world-class instructor Christian Grunnah of GPS Power Skating
• Each session will focus on skating, edge work, body control movements, and puck skills necessary for impactful playmaking and explosive skating.

Coaches:

• Coach Christian Grunnah, the founder and director of GPS Power Skating & Hockey School, is a world-renowned skating and skills instructor.  His approach to hockey has always been unique to that of his peers. Since he was never the biggest player on the ice, he utilized his ability to skate quickly, effectively and efficiently to be a high impact player. Using what he has learned from in-game experience, Christian has applied these techniques—as well as techniques from speed skating, figure skating, biomechanics and downhill ice cross—to all of his coaching and instructing.He has trained and played with NHL-level players both on and off the ice, and has coached internationally in Slovakia, Germany, Austria, and England.

• Coach Pete Kamman brings over 20 years of coaching experience from across the USA and 6 continents. He is the Associate Head Coach of the Montana State University Bobcats, a scout at the USHL, NAHL, and tier 3 junior hockey levels, involved in multiple USA Hockey Player Development Camps throughout the country, and a USA Hockey Level 5 certified coach.

Younger Group (2016-2012):
Friday: Check-in 4:00pm, on-ice 4:30-6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00-9:30am & 1:00pm-2:30pm
Sunday: 8:30am-9:30am

Older Group (2011-2006):
Friday: Check-in 5:45pm, on-ice 6:15-7:45pm
Saturday: 9:45am-11:15am & 2:45pm-4:15pm
Sunday: 9:45am-10:45am
